DRAGONFLIES

For FRIZZTEXT’s D Challenge, I am presenting these dragonflies.  I have collected their photos over the summer – the first two are from our place, the other two are from Maine.  I tried to identify them but identifying dragonflies proved to be much harder than identifying butterflies (well, at least for me. 🙂  )  

THE EVER A LADY BUG

Whoever named this bug a ladybug had absolutely no regard for the male (lady)bug’s feelings.  Oh no! None at all. 😉 Well, I am just chanelling the male ladybug from It’s a Bug’s Life.   It just ruined his credibility as a rough and tough bug goonie to be constantly referred to as ‘lady’. Anyway,
