I am the handmaid of your dreams
I string them together
like a garland of stars
and drape them on the moon
that they will shine bright
even in the dark of night.

Come, arise from your sleep
stretch out your arms
take a hold of your dreams
then wear them on your head
like a circlet of laurel leaves.

For DVERSE OPEN LINK NIGHT Week 116.  I did not have the energy to write the past few days.  We went apple picking on Saturday and I suffered from the unexpected heat.  I was prepared for a cooler weather – after all last year when we picked apples, I was chilly.  Then, I  realized that we went to the apple farm two weeks earlier than last week.  What a difference in temperature two weeks make.   Well, I am glad to be able to post something and to get back to reading your posts. 🙂
