    • Wow! I heard that the leaves can be eaten as salad. On Saturday morning, we had dandelion flower fritters for breakfast. That was tasty. I never thought that this humble plant has so many edible possibilities. 🙂

      • We dipped the flower in batter, holding it with a bit of stem. It was deep fried. It was like vegetable tempura in the end, and a little chewy in the middle of the flower. 🙂
