    • Wow! I heard that the leaves can be eaten as salad. On Saturday morning, we had dandelion flower fritters for breakfast. That was tasty. I never thought that this humble plant has so many edible possibilities. πŸ™‚

      • We dipped the flower in batter, holding it with a bit of stem. It was deep fried. It was like vegetable tempura in the end, and a little chewy in the middle of the flower. πŸ™‚

  1. Oh, this is so adorable. Those little, gentle loving hands. Hands that touch our hearts and make us feel the happiest. Our children bless us with priceless treasures everyday. God bless.

    • True, IT. Those hands are a delight to watch and hold. Sometimes, I feel sad when they are no longer that small in my hands. πŸ™‚
