MEETING THE BAR: GRAFFITI POETRY

Warning:  Rude and crude and distressing, perhaps. 🙂

The image is from http://strandedwander.wordpress.com. If you click on the picture, you will be brought to the blog where this photo came from. Yes, the entry is about this predilection.

ALL THE WORLD IS A BATHROOM

Ammonia permeating the air
more than the nose could bear
far more effective a warning could be
than the big bold graffiti
telling one not to heed nature’s call
against the hapless wall
“Do not be a dog,” it says
but even stray dogs may have more finesse
and find the simile quite insulting
“savages, those two-legged beings!”
(Happily, females are not as guilty
if so, where goes society?)

~~~~~~~~~~~~
YOUNG LOVE
Love came too soon
Period got too late
Baby stirred, couldn’t wait
Lola’s oh-so not ready
couldn’t lose her love
here rests the baby
She’s now as free as a dove.
